Would you drop Virat Kohli from India's T20 team for Australia WC 22, considering he is a good rotator of the strike and the Australian grounds are very large, and ideal for runnings 2s?

Hi Dan,

Is there a possibility to create equivalency between various leagues especially in T20 circuits? For example scoring 100 in BBL equates to 100*x in the IPL where x is the factor? I read an interesting note which people in the National Hockey League use to project which players are good prospects etc. (link: https://cj-turtoro.shinyapps.io/NNHLe-writeup/)

I would think that the sample size would be an issue. Is this already being done in T20?

Is there a way to get countries to give women's cricket more opportunities to have international matches and more women's test matches?

If English county pitches were all flat and offered no help for any bowlers, would that improve the test teams players eventually?

Would you consider working for a county in the future, instead of a T20 franchise(if the money was good for you)

Would you prefer Matt Parkinson or jack leach as England’s main test match spinner? I think Parkinson should be in Englands squad now as number 1 spinner and back him to succeed. The domestic numbers he has got are amazing in all formats.

Thanks, I enjoy your articles

Does cricket as a whole need to try and create less clashes between franchise leagues and international cricket? As a Phoenix fan it was frustrating when we lost Finn Allen for the final. England players going home before the West Indies series. Sure there’s a few more examples as well. Obviously pandemic doesn’t help. But don’t think it’s a good look for a league when players play for the majority of it only to just miss the end or final. How is a league meant to grow if it loses its stars for a final. Wonder if we could create some sort of international break for T20’s. Or have structured blocks in the calendar for franchise and international cricket and not have overlaps of a week or two

Hi, as the County Champs seems especially bad at preparing batters for non-English conditions. What can be done to reduce the over-reliance on right-arm medium bowlers? Will the change in points for a draw be sufficient? Can and should the ECB incentivise the 18 (or 24 in your proposal) teams / groundsmen to develop pitches that require batters playing spin or leaving on length?

Hi Dan

Out of these 3 franchise leagues which would you like to join the most : Big bash, PSL or Bpl

Also what do you think of shubman gills chances in the upcoming auction I think its quite high even tho I don't rate him. Also what about Ben mcdermott recency bias may work for him. Are they both good enough data wise. I don't think they are lol.

Bangladesh have never picked a wrist spinner in a t20 world cup which is bizarre to me. But why are wristspinners like rashid khan etc so effective in t20.

Once the bpl is over can you do an analysis of which batsmen had the highest boundary % etc that would be amazing if possible.
