Recently I have performed detailed strategy and analytics audits, working with T20 franchises in the BBL, WBBL and SA20 leagues.

These comprise in-depth squad analysis including role-based gap analysis and discussion of previous in-match and recruitment strategies and how they potentially can be optimised moving forward. In addition to this, retention and recruitment recommendations, including in-depth player databases and recruitment depth charts for various skill-sets.

Providing this has been welcomed by these teams, who have seen the value of bringing in someone with an independent and unbiased viewpoint to healthily challenge existing decision-makers.
