Ahead of what looks like being a very busy 2025 season, I am currently available for full-time, part-time or consultancy roles for teams and organisations both in cricket and in other industries.
I am particularly interested in heading up multi-club ownership projects, head of strategy or recruitment positions, or Sporting Director/General Manager or Director of Cricket roles. I also have a particular interest in performing strategic reviews of teams and organisations, and assisting teams with revolutionising their strategies and processes.

Experience: Data, recruitment and business focused roles in various high-profile men’s and women’s elite cricket leagues including the IPL, The Hundred and in county cricket. Includes building several different squads from scratch in mega auctions and the first ever tournament draft in sport in the UK (The Hundred, 2019), creating a clear on-pitch identity and establishing a future-proof strategy focusing on a conveyor belt of young talent.
Detailed ‘business of cricket’ analysis and reporting including advising on the benefits and challenges of the investment process for the future sale of teams in The Hundred.
On-pitch, every county which I have worked for had a higher T20 win percentage in my last season at the club compared to both before I joined them and in the subsequent season after I left. Birmingham Phoenix Men’s, who I have worked intensively with since the start of The Hundred in 2019, currently have a top-10 win percentage of any short-format team in the world.
